This document sets forth the Privacy Policy for this website. If you have objections to the Privacy Policy, you should not access or use this website.
1. Definitions "Personal Information" is defined as any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains. The "Privacy Policy" is this document. The "Site" means this website www.calcugator.com. The "Company" means Moscazul Software Llc, a limited liability company registered in the state of Michigan, USA. This Privacy Policy has a version number (the "Version").
2. General
2.1 Version. All Personal Information that we collect and maintain will be subject to the current Version of the Privacy Policy at the time the information is collected for the first time. The collection of data begins when you create a new account.
2.2 Changes. The Company reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion and will provide notice of material changes on the home page of the Site. In the event of a privacy policy change, you have the right to either update your privacy preferences to the new version or to keep the version which was in effect during the date the data was initially collected.
2.3 Acquisitions. If the Company sells assets (or the assets of a division or subsidiary) to another entity, or the Company (or a division or subsidiary) is acquired by or merged with another entity, the Company may provide to such entity customer information that is related to that part of our business that was sold to or merged with the other entity without your consent, but the Company will provide notice of such asset sales, acquisitions, or mergers on this Site.
2.4 Links to other websites. The Site contains links to other websites at which personal information may also be collected. In such instances, the collection and use of your personal information will be governed by the privacy policy applicable to that site.
2.5 Security. Your personal information is collected using secure server technology by means of filling forms in a registration page or an update page.
2.6 Updating your personal information. You have the right to update your personal information and privacy preferences at any time. The Site provides an update page for you to access your information and make the required changes.
3. Your personal information
3.1 Forms. As a visitor to this Site, you may not need to provide any personal information. In case of the creation of a new account, you will be asked to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. Such information may be your first and last name, mailing address (including ZIP code), e-mail address, employer, job title and department, telephone and facsimile numbers, etc. When ordering products or services on the Site, you may be asked to provide a credit card number. Depending upon the activity, some of the information that we ask you to provide is identified as mandatory and some as voluntary. If you do not provide the mandatory data with respect to a particular activity, you will not be able to complete an activity.
3.2 Browser and computer information. When you use the Site, we may also collect technical and routing information about your computer to facilitate your use of the Site and its services. For example, we may log environmental variables, such as browser type, operating system, CPU speed, and the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer. We use these environmental variables to facilitate and track your use of the Site and its services. The Company also uses such environmental variables to measure traffic patterns on the Site. Without expressly informing you in each particular circumstance, we do not match such information with any of your personal information.
3.3 Third-party websites. The Company has established relationships with service providers whose services are available to you from the Site or from websites that are linked to the Site. Typically, these providers offer services that you might find useful. In order to use those services, you may be required to provide personal information to the providers. Unless expressly provided to the contrary, personal information that you provide while you are visiting a provider's website will be subject to the privacy policy posted on such site, and personal information that you provide while on the Site in conjunction with a provider's service will be subject to this Privacy Policy. You should be aware that our agreements with these service providers often provide that they will share with us personal information collected from you. In such instances, the Company may use this information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.
3.4 Supplementary data. In order to reduce errors, authenticate our users, and prevent abuse of our system, we may on occasion supplement the personal information you submit to us with information from third-party sources. For example, we may supplement your Registration Information with address information provided by the U.S. Postal Service to qualify your information and prevent errors in our database. As permissible, we may also supplement the information you provide to us with demographic and other information (such as age or interest in photography) stored in third-party databases in order to make it more likely that marketing communications we send will be of interest to you.
4. How your personal information is used
4.1 Main use. The Company collects your information in order to allow you to manage your license to use our software. Information about the use of the Site, such as how many users we receive daily, is used to better shape our products. Usage and statistical information is collected in aggregate form, without identifying any user individually. The Company may use this data for statistical analysis, marketing, or similar promotional purposes.
4.2 Preferences. The Company may send information to you regarding products, services, and special offers unless you have opted not to receive such communications or such communications are prohibited by law. Except in the particular circumstances described in this Privacy Policy, the Company will also not provide your name to other companies or organizations without your consent.
4.3 Exceptions. The Company may provide your personal information, when required by law, regulation, or litigation. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that such disclosure should be made for reasons of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance.
4.4 Data protection. All of the personal information that you provide is protected in several ways. Access by you to your personal information is available through a password. This password is encrypted. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. In addition, your personal information resides on a secure server that only selected personnel and contractors have access to via password. Online transactions are processed using standard SSL encryption to protect the transit of sensitive data from your browser to the Site and vice versa. Encryption protects your personal information by scrambling the data.
4.5 Browser cookies. In order to manage our Site, we use "cookies" to track your visit. A cookie is a small amount of data that is transferred to your browser by a web server and can only be read by the server that gave it to you. It functions as an identification token and enables the Site to record your passwords, purchases, and preferences. It cannot be executed as code or deliver viruses. You need to configure your browser to accept cookies from our Site.
4.6 Advertisement. The Company may place banner ads about other websites and it may perform tracking and reporting activities.
5. Contacting you
5.1 Email. Moscazul Software will contact you by email if you choose to be contacted. If we send you an email, the format will always be ASCII text. No html forms will be sent to you by email.
6. Privacy complaints If you believe that the Company has not complied with this Privacy Policy with respect to your personal information, you may send an email to webmaster@calcugator.com with a subject �Privacy complaint�. Describe in as much detail as possible the ways in which you believe that the Privacy Policy has not been complied with. We will investigate your complaint promptly.
